Note: Price of $33,722.39 does not include the permit price. All permits will be submitted by Minneapolis Decks, and direct payment to the city is the homeowner's responsibility.

Payment Terms:

• 1/2 due at time of signing. This secures the first available start date.

• 1/4 due after footings are in, framing is done, and all material is staged at the work site.

• Remaining 1/4 balance due after job completion.

• Note: Payment schedule is based on deck build only. Additional payments will be added for add-ons such as a patio.

Warranty:

• Minneapolis Decks provides a 10-year structural warranty and a 5-year craftsmanship warranty.
