Our Process

We pride ourselves on responding quickly so that you can get the answers you are looking for right way. Send us your question or inquiry and expect a reply within one business day.

The first thing we will do is schedule a personal introductory meeting with you and our owner, Alex, to discuss your vision, options and provide you with rough-project estimates. We will discuss your budget and work with you to land on a project that fits within your needs. You can expect full transparency and honesty about every detail during the planning process.

Our Edina showroom has plenty for you to see, so schedule a time to come check out our premium materials and craftsmanship in-person.

Once we’ve discussed what you envision for your deck, porch or patio project, Minneapolis Decks will provide you with several 3D renders and models so that you can get a detailed visual of what to expect and make any desired changes. We use state-of-the-art software so you can truly see what your final project will look like on your home.

Finally, after all decisions are agreed upon, terms will be discussed, and your project start date will be determined. It won't be long until you're enjoying the new addition to your home!
